Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your business at FLUXITECH We want to make sure your purchase has delighted you entirely. We are available to assist you if your purchase has not met your needs completely.

From the day you get an item, you have five calendar days to return it. Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It must still be in its original packing. Your item must be accompanied by a proof of purchase or receipt.

We will evaluate your item as soon as it arrives and let you know that we have received your returned item. After checking the goods, we will promptly let you know how your refund is progressing.

We will begin a refund to the original payment method if your return is accepted. It will depend on the policies of your card issuer how long it takes for you to obtain the credit
